im thinking of lowering my svt, for looks and better handling at track days/mountain runs. whatre the best springs? im getting koni struts. i have stock 2000 svt rims.

from what i've heard the koni's a decent setup. just remember you can't use the stock struts. they have to be the koni's or whatever brand you get, it will destroy the stockers.

He's using Koni struts. Lowering a car on stock struts will definitely shorten the life of them. The only spring that I have used are Eibachs. They are known to sag in the rear over time along with Intrax springs. Your best bet is going with a Ground Control coil-over setup with your Koni struts. Different spring rates are available so you can find something that suites your needs.
